Three-storey stone house in original rhodopean stile for sale located at the main road to the forthcoming border checking point between Bulgarian and Greece. The house is situated in the quarter of Raikovo, town of Smolyan. It is furnished and adjusted for tavern (restaurant). The house has 246 sq.m of extended built up area and 150 sq.m of yard. First floor consists of entrance-hall, store premise, WC for personnel and WC for guests. On the second floor there are corridor, kitchen with bar for service of guests, a premise with fire-place furnished with tables and chairs and second premise furnished with separe.
