Central Park - Novi Han, Novi Han

This is the first project of a chain of holiday resorts situated on 12 700 sq.m.

The resort complex consists of 10 modern residential buildings and has 256 apartments with different size and location. A modern waste water treatment plant will be built to guarantee the comfort and carefree life of all residents in the complex. The resort complex is situated in close proximity to the biggest economic, administrative, educational and cultural centre in Bulgaria – just 13 km. away from the centre of Sofia. At the same time the complex is far from the noise and bustle of everyday life in the capital city, which does not exclude its excellent communication services and easy transportation access – just 500 m away from „Trakia" Highway. The resort complex is 15 km away from Sofia Airport and 7 km away from the first modern golf-coarse in the country located near the village of Ravno Pole. There is a choice between 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom apartments, on different floors and with different size. Stage payment is possible as well as buying with credit. Target date July 2009. Apartments are either finished with ground coat on the walls and cement floors at 570 Euro/sq.m. Or fully finished (flooring, furnished bathrooms and air-conditioning) at 650 Euro/sq.m.
